Fried rice with eggs, carrot, lettuce and green beans, spiced with turmeric.
Ingredients
- 2 cups of cooked rice
- 2 eggs
- 12 green bean, diced
- 1/2 carrot, julienne
- 50g lettuce
- 1 chili, sliced (optional)
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp cumin
- Cooking oil
- Salt and black pepper
Method
- Heat up some cooking oil in a hot frying pan, add eggs, scramble the eggs until just cooked; remove the egg from the frying pan.
- Heat up cooking oil in a hot frying pan, add green bean and chili, sauté unit just cooked; add carrot, sauté briefly; add rice, eggs, turmeric, cumin, salt and pepper, stir fry and mix well; add lettuce, mix well; remove from heat and serve.
