Ingredient
(Serves 2 as a FODMAP recipe)
- 150g oyster mushroom
- 1-2 stems of bok choy, approx 150g, washed and cut into quarters
- A few slices of ginger, julienne, approx. 3g
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking oil
Method
- Heat up some cooking oil in a frying pan, add ginger, sauté until aromatic; add bok choy, saute until nearly cooked; add salt and pepper to taste; transfer to a plate
- Heat up some cooking oil in the frying pan, add mushrooms and oyster sauce, sauté until just cooked
- Return the bok choy to the frying pan; toss and serve
