Grilled chicken fillets with cumin, turmeric, garam masala, mustard oil, sesame oil, ginger and garlic paste.
Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken thigh fillet, sliced to bite size
- 1 tbsp ginger and garlic paste
- 1/2 cup of plain yogurt
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp chili powder (optional)
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp mustard oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds, toasted, to garnish
Method
- Mix the chicken with all ingredients; preferably leaving in the fridge to marinate overnight
- Grill the chicken on a gridle until cooked
- Garnish with sesame seeds
