Beef with Asian dipping sauce

I grilled some Angus rump steak and served it with an Asian dipping sauce. A lovely meal to share with friends.

Here are the easy steps:

1. Mix a simple Asian dipping sauce:

fish sauce (1 tsp)

rice wine vinegar (1 tsp)

sugar (1 tsp)

boiling water (2 tbsp)

1 clove of garlic, minced

1 chili, seed removed, sliced mix well

2. Cook the steak 1-3 minutes on each side, rest the steak for 10 minutes; thinly slice the steak and serve.
