This is one of my childhood favorite – a dish that can be cooked in 10 minutes. It is sweet, sour, juicy and tender.
- 2 tomatoes, cut into pieces
- 2 eggs,
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- cooking oil
- Heat up some cooking oil in a frying pan, lightly scramble the 2 eggs; push the eggs to the sides of the frying pan
- Heat up a little cooking oil in the middle of the frying pan, add tomato pieces, sauté briefly, add sugar and oyster sauce, stir well
- Mix the eggs with tomatoes; ready to serve.
