Hello, my name is Rebecca. I was born in Southern China & moved to Australian in the late 80s. Now I lived in Sydney with my loving husband and a gorgeous little boy.
I love to cook & share with friends. I have a diverse range of friends, which means I cook all sort of food – traditional, authentic & modern Asian, vegan, bakes & more. Some of my friends are on low FODMAP & gluten free diets. Growing up in Southern China, cooking FODMAP friendly food is quite natural for me. So I am committed to develop more FODMAP friendly & gluten free recipes.
My recipe collection was first developed while I cooked Asian food for school fetes and homeless feeds. As I cooked, childhood memories flooded back, and I started writing down the recipes & stories. Hope you will enjoy the recipes & some of the stories.
