Fried eggs, with green shallot and dark soy sauce (FODMAP friendly)

It’s a 10-minute meal:

  1. Crack two eggs and shallow fry them in hot cooking oil. Place the eggs on a plate.
  2. In the same hot frying pan, add some green shallots (scallions), toss briefly, and place them on top of the eggs.
  3. Drizzle a small splash of dark soy sauce on top of the eggs.

The dish looked colorful and delicious.

  • For a FODMAP-friendly version, use only the green part of the scallion; for a gluten-free option, use gluten-free soy sauce
