Chicken & seaweed soup (low FODMAP, gluten free)

Chicken and seaweed soup (FODMAP friendly)

This is probably the quickest, nutritious and the most delicious soup I could cook in 10 minutes.  The whole family loves it even my little boy who is a picky eater.

Ingredients

(Serves 2 as a FODMAP recipe)

  • 4 seaweed nori sheet (10g), cut to think strips
  • 50-100g chicken, diced to small pieces
  • a dash of sesame oil
  • salt to taste
  • 3 cup of water

Method

Bring 3 cup of water to boil, add seaweed sheets, bring to boil and simmer for 10 minutes; add chicken; bring to boil; simmer for 5 minutes (or until the chicken is cooked through) and stir occasionally; add sesame oil and salt to taste; ready to serve
