10-minute chicken & seaweed soup (low FODMAP, gluten free)

This is probably the quickest, nutritious, and the most delicious soup I could cook in 10 minutes.  The whole family loves it especially my little boy who is a picky eater.

Chicken & seaweed soup (low FODMAP, gluten free)

Recipe is as follow:

(Serves 2 as a low FODMAP recipe)


  • 4 seaweed nori sheet (10g), cut to think strips
  • 50g chicken, diced to small pieces
  • a dash of sesame oil
  • salt to taste
  • 4 cup of water


Bring 4 cup of water to boil, add seaweed and chicken; bring to boil; simmer for 5 minutes (or until the chicken is cooked through) and stir occasionally; add sesame oil and salt to taste; ready to serve
