Grilled chicken fillets with Korean pepper, ginger, garlic, apricot jam, fish sauce and dark soy sauce.
Ingredients
- 250 g chicken thigh fillet, sliced
- 1 tsp Korean pepper flake
- a few slices of ginger, minced
- 1-2 clove of garlic, minced
- 2 tsp apricot jam
- 2 tsp fish sauce
- a splash of dark soy sauce
- a little cooking oil
- green shallot, sliced, to garnish (optional)
- sliced chili, to garnish (optional)
Method
- Marinate the chicken with pepper flake, ginger, garlic, apricot jam and fish sauce
- Brush the gridle with some cooking oil, bring it to high heat, grill the chicken pieces until cooked; splash the dark soy sauce over the chicken and toss
- Garnish with sliced green shallot and/or sliced chili (optional)
