Ingredients
- 300g chicken thigh fillet, sliced
- 1 large clove of garlic, minced
- a few thin slices of ginger, julienned
- 2 tsp sweet Chinese vinegar or balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp Chinese cooking wine
- 2 tsp dark soy sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp of corn flour, mixed with 1 tbsp. of water
- cooking oil
- chopped coriander, to garish


Method
- Marinate the chicken with ginger, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, Chinese wine and sugar
- Heat up a frying pan with some cooking oil, add the marinated chicken, stir fry until cooked; add the corn flour mixture, stir through until thicken
- Garnish with coriander
