Chinese mushroom, fresh mushroom and capsicum stir fry, with oyster sauce and sesame oil.
Ingredients
- 4-6 Chinese mushrooms, soaked in hot water for 20-30 minutes (may be longer depending on which type of the mushroom), remove stems, thinly sliced
- some fresh button mushroom, thinly sliced
- 1 capsicum, deveined, seeds removed, thinly sliced
- a small slice of ginger, julienned
- 2 tsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- cooking oil
- sliced green shallot, to garnish
- sesame seeds, toasted, to garnish
Method
- Heat up some cooking oil in a frying pan, add ginger and Chinese mushroom, sauté until aromatic; add oyster sauce, sesame oil, salt and pepper to taste, sauté briefly; add fresh mushrooms, sauté briefly; add capsicum, toss; transfer to a serving plate
- Garnish with sliced green shallot and toasted sesame seeds
