Bacon and cucumber stir fry (FODMAP Friendly)

Stir fried cucumbers with bacon (gluten free)

Crunchy cucumber and crispy bacon – an easy meal in 15 minutes.

  1. Slice the cucumber and bacon
  2. In a frying pan, drizzle a little oil and added the bacon pieces; pan fried the bacon until nearly crispy
  3. Add the cucumber, a little sugar and white pepper, toss for 30 seconds or until the cucumber is hot

And there – a big bowl of tasty veggie and yummy bacon for dinner.

    We started using coconut aminos instead of soy sauce. It’s much healthier.

      Thanks Suzanne, I will definitely try coconut aminos. I currently use Kikkoman which is a naturally brewed soy sauce and less salty than others.
