At times, we yearn for a flavorful meal that’s also kind to our stomachs. Rissoles fit the bill perfectly—easy to prepare, fulfilling, and versatile. Mine feature beef, rice, potato, carrot, egg, and cheddar cheese—simply bind everything together, coat with rice flour, and pan-fry, no recipe necessary.
